Addressing Burning Issues in a Changing World

01.08.2017

NEXT GEN Workshop Lead John Haynes AFNI FRINA
We are proud to announce that the opening sessions for each NEXT GENERATION Workshop will feature UK Border Force, SMMI - University of Southampton, RNLI Design & Engineering.
In recent years less people are expected to do more work and time is becoming scarce for everyone in the marine industry. Our focussed one day Workshops are designed to deliver fast moving and highly relevant sessions.
The feedback from recent NEXT GEN Workshops has highlighted hot topics for further discussion. In recent weeks I have personally asked a number of organisations what are their most current burning issues. Their suggestions have been used to develop the October Workshop programme.
The unique knowledge gained from NEXT GEN presentations and panel discussions will help to shape decisions that lead to improvements for in-service equipment and procurement of next generation vessels and systems that fit the changing requirements of modern fleets around the world.
The three one day events will be held 'back to back' in the historic port of Southampton UK at the Grand Harbour hotel and conference venue on 24 25 26 October 2017.
